Welcome to Dhamaka Digital Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services related to Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), including Class 3 DSC, Renewal DSC, and DGFT DSC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

Services Offered

We provide various Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) for e-Tendering, e-Procurement, e-Ticketing, Trademark/Patent Filing, ROC/MCA Form Filing, Income Tax Returns Filing, and DGFT Importer-Exporter DSCs. All services are subject to approval by the respective Certifying Authorities.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must provide valid identification and required documents as per the government guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse service if the provided details are incorrect or misleading.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payments for DSCs and related services must be made in advance.
Once a DSC is issued, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained unless there is a verifiable issue from our end.
In case of technical failure or non-issuance due to valid reasons, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Use of DSC

You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Digital Signature Certificate. Misuse, unauthorized sharing, or illegal activities using DSC will result in immediate termination of services, and legal actions may be taken.

Limitation of Liability

Dhamaka Digital Services is not liable for:
Any misuse of the DSC by the applicant.
Delays caused by the Certifying Authority in processing the DSC.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
